The Epidemic of "I'll confirm later."

We have things to do. Constantly.

Work. Play. Exercise. Meeting people. Our wives. Our kids. Our business.

But the epidemic of being busy -- of not having time for anything -- opens up opportunities to reflect.

Are you really busy? Or are you delaying simple answers because you're anticipating being busier in the future?

Life is hectic. We understand. Sometimes we can't immediately confirm appointments, meetings, and future outings.

But when someone important wants to connect with you, to make the time, to offer a well-timed release, maybe it's better to reply with a  simple: "Yes" or "No".

Value their time. Value yours. Sometimes "I'll confirm later" doesn't help you, them, or anyone at all.
